Job Description:

The goal of the Business Developer is to drive sustainable financial growth by providing effective business strategies and forging strong relationships with the company’s clients

  • Developing growth strategies and plans
  • Creating business plans – P and L’s, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Increasing client base
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Writing business proposals
  • Negotiating with stakeholders
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain, which results in a win-win situation for both; the company and it’s clients
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Developing new sources of business across each region by increasing the no. of clients
  • Control on Business & Environment
  • Acquire high degree of market information enabling us to leverage emerging opportunities or overcome challenges
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers/clients
