The goal of the Business Developer is to drive sustainable financial growth by providing effective business strategies and forging strong relationships with the company’s clients
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Creating business plans – P and L’s, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Increasing client base
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Writing business proposals
- Negotiating with stakeholders
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain, which results in a win-win situation for both; the company and it’s clients
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Developing new sources of business across each region by increasing the no. of clients
- Control on Business & Environment
- Acquire high degree of market information enabling us to leverage emerging opportunities or overcome challenges
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers/clients
