Job Description:
Responsibilities & Duties:
● Should be able to handle all client related communications including understanding of the brief,
planning and communicating it to internal team, delivering the work in time, etc
● Having through understanding of the company strengths and service offering for effective
communication.
● Client engagement – proactively engage with the client team to implement agreed program
strategy (share ideas, take briefs, be responsive)
● Responsible for all client communications in line with the strategic brief, functional and technical
specifications
● Work with designers/content – Developing and planning creative strategy with content and
design team
● Demonstrates strong leadership skills to handle turnkey project management
● Provide strong team representation and manage client expectations through regular
communication with the client
● Keeps abreast of clients’ business, competition and latest industry news and trends.
Skills Required:
● Ability to work across all levels of the management. Highly social and adaptable
● Articulate, with excellent oral and written communication skills
● Self-driven, highly networked, goal oriented individual
● Ability to motivate and inspire the team
● Strong presentation skills, having the conviction to stand for own point of view
● Handling stressful situations and meeting tight deadlines.
