We are looking forward to hiring Personal Secretary For A Leading Event Company.
Looking forward to 2 to 4 Years of experience.
CTC: 20 to 30K
- Ensure that the Director is fully briefed and prepared for any engagement, meeting with all necessary documentation and information.
- Managing all forms of incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, emails, faxes, etc.) on behalf of the Director.
- Arranging all travel and accommodation and must travel with Director (as and when required) to provide general assistance during business trips.
- Assisting and preparing presentations, letters, reports, executive summaries, newsletters, correspondences, taking minutes and dictations or to provide any other general assistance during presentations
- Manage all the Director’s administration including filing, photocopying etc.
- Finding out important events and functions that the Director should be aware of and may want to attend including meetings, events and conferences (both National and International).
- Organizing meetings as required.
- May be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as required that may be deemed necessary.
- Ability to manage and prioritize work as & when required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same profile.
- Should be a good and fluent in English writing and speaking.
- Confident with a pleasing personality.
- Should be good with time management.
- Experience from an Event or PR Industry will be an added advantage.
- Time shall not be a constraint and the candidate must be available at service as per the demand of the Director
