WRITING SERVICES  

We have experienced writers who will develop an achievement oriented Resume. 90% of the Resumes are focused on responsibilities and fail to bring out the individual’s strengths backed by measurable outcomes. To engage the recruiters, it is important to have a Resume which finds a connect with the recruiter so that chances are high of you being called for an interview.

Our process and terms & conditions:

1) Inputs: You will have to provide us with updated version resume and a fixed convenient time slot for the initial discussion with the writer; your input on this is mandatory for us to proceed to the next step. Please note that your interaction in this process is very essential

2) Welcome call from our writer within 24-48hrs.: A pre-development interaction is a critical step in creating your profile and understand your expectations. There will be one phone call with the writer and following that on iterations / feedback on the draft, customer needs to mail us his / her inputs or feedback. In addition, the writer will take into account the points and rework the draft and only if the writer feels that there is a need to talk, the writer would send a mail to fix up a mutually convenient time slot to have a telecom. This second call will also made within 48 hours on receiving feedback. Please note during the tenure of our services no change in the writer will be made once assigned.

3) Number of Calls with the writer: There are only 2 calls (not more than 30 min each) during the process. The third call if required will be chargeable at Rs. 500/- per call (30 min)

4) Templates: The writer will use their discretion to use the most suitable template considering what works best in terms of attracting the recruiters as well to make it as per the current industry norms. Please respect our writer’s judgement because they have loads of experience and have developed expertise. No iterations in templates will be entertained.

5) First Draft: Will be delivered in 4 working days of the telephonic consultation & finalization of layout, provided you have given us all the required information. This draft is NOT the final draft and the team is open to modifications unless you are satisfied with the profile.

6) Second Draft: After your inputs on the first draft, the 2nd draft will be shared within 2 working days.

7) Final Draft: Similarly the 3rd which will be the FINAL draft.

8) Revisions: We allow two revisions, once in the first draft and another one in the second draft. No job links will be entertained from the candidates’ side for devising a Resume as that is our separate service

9) Closure:

  • The cycle will happen within 10 days (provided we receive your inputs within the time frame stipulated in our steps of the process); outer limit being 12 days, If we do not receive reply on the inputs within this limit, we send 3 reminders post which we consider it a closure of our services.
  • Kindly note any changes after your approval on THE FINAL draft of resume and the order closed will be considered as a fresh order.
  • Our writing service has a validity period as our writers work according to a pre decided and allocated time schedule for each of our candidates availing our service. Please do note that in case, for whatever reason, we do not receive your inputs required by the writer, your order will be considered closed within an outer limit of 12 business working days.

10)Team: We have a team of senior-most and experienced writers and one senior writer would be allocated to you. Please note that our writers will have a detailed telephonic conversation with you at the start of the service post which all the communication, feedback & interaction will be over email only and full justice will be done your inputs shared. This is to ensure delivery of quality service as our writer work on a tight schedule catering to multiple customers & since our writers work 5 days a week; they need to prioritise their writing orders.   • You would get 5 customized job applications to jobs identified by you. (For applications beyond 5, you can use the template of the pitch letter provided)
  • The 90 day email assistance is a hand-holding service which includes guidance, review and feedback on the job application & pitch letter or LinkedIn messages to network with recruiters post the session. Once you have started implementing the strategies or steps and are facing a challenge in your job search, the Aspiration team will guide you over email. No modification or customization of any document (Pitch letter, Resume or LinkedIn profile) will be made as it is highly research based activity and a separate service and is not a part of this coaching service. The assistance service is offered over email only. No phone calls or whatsapp guidance is offered. An email id will be shared with you for all interactions.
  • The 90 day email assistance service validity starts from the day your Resume & LinkedIn documents are delivered to you. The entire process of completing your Resume + LinkedIn generally gets over within 10-12 working days. Any inordinate delay from your side in terms of sharing inputs for development of your Resume + LinkedIn profile would mean a proportionate reduction in the time period validity of the 90 day assistance service.

Coaching – Process And Terms &

  • We will be sending you guidance inputs from SarabjeetSachar through our job search handbook post the coaching session. It is essential for you to implement the strategies which you would have learnt during the coaching process. Please note that your interaction in this process is very essential or else it affects the results you get from the coaching program. Please appreciate that you need to take equal responsibility of participating in the coaching program.
  • If a job aspirant wants to avail of an additional follow up session (2nd follow up session) then he/ she can do so at a price of Rs.9990/- per session of 45 minutes.
  • There is no guarantee offered of a job or an interview call. This coaching service is an assistance which helps you structure your job search approach so that the pace of your job search gets dramatically accelerated.
  • The session scheduled with SarabjeetSachar is for 45 minutes and we make sure to put in our best in terms of guidance and consultation so please do appreciate that the time is not extendable beyond 45 minutes as he has a line-up of appointments.

Our Online courses are all self-paced and you can learn them at your own convenience and schedule.
